Busy few days again - so apologies for not blogging so often.
SUNSHINE - plenty this weekend and when hubby went and bought the kids a water/sand activity table and a paddling pool out came mum's camera and I snapped away caputuring their glee!! And as for the sunhats - well don't get me started!!! I could well be biased, but how cute does my Jamie look in his?
SCHOOLS - Accepted our place at Roberts nursery school this week - for him to start mornings only from September and attended the 2nd part of our Secondary School appeal for Eloise today. It went as well as can be expected, I put our case across as confidently and composed as I could and felt I had done as much as I could to convince them that it would be detrimental to her education should we not be awarded a place at this school. We should hear next week. She is now 5 SATS tests down with the rest of the week to go - an still feeling positive about it all which is great.
SCRAPPING - not much actually done (although I did do a few pdq layouts at Debs crop in Kent this w/e) as I have been focusing on the preparations for our MegaCrop on Bank Holiday Monday. There are 35 attending, and we've a waiting list now too - for what is sure to be a great day with 3 classes, one each taught by Shimelle, Debbie Jewell and myself and on-site scrapping shop thanks to ScrapShed.
SLEEPING - what is this?? Answers on a postcard please - though I don't envy my mate Ally this evening on the eve of her eye operation - I am sure I will be getting more sleep than her. Still she gets to wear an embellished eye patch for a few days - what are scrapping buddies for after all?!!!
