Had the day off work today as Robert started his new nursery and I wanted to take and him pick him up for the first few times, though he ran in with not so much of a wave goodbye and clearly had a great morning!
Whilst Jamie and I had the house to ourself, we put some laundry on, played ball, bounced on the trampoline, played ball AND bounced at the same time, watched the scaffolders dismantle the metal surround that has been prevalent for the past 10 weeks at our house, and made and drank lots of tea. We then collected Robert, popped to the Range for a couple of bits for the ScrapMates weekend away at the end of the month, came home and caught up with Fiona and Toby from our old Mums & Tots group.
More laundry, scaffolding down and driveway reclaimed, builders tea made and lunch took us to early afternoon, and then I officially signed off the loft conversion as completed. Both boys are now in their new bedrooms in the loft, have a few minor finishing touches to the bathroom (and a shower screen to be fitted) then just the rest of the house to redecorate!!

I am also officially moved into my new craft room this weekend (the boys former box room/bedroom) and have decorated the walls in misty grey, the woodwork in summer pudding (RED!) and wallpapered a feature wall in a bold chocolate brown and red paper. New brown carpet, a red blind and a tonne of stash and I am one happy bunny!
Which means I am all set for the forthcoming new releases from Onirie. Feast your eyes on these beauties!!!

And finally before I depart, It is Monday which means SKETCH DAY over on Paws, and here is my layout for this week featuring a cropped 12"x8" photograph.
