Well January is fast running away from us, but if it is taking the wintery weather with it then I don't really mind!. Earlier this month I said I had been busy working on design team projects and I can now share my Simple Stories pages for the ATDML website.
First up this fun layout that I actually designed for my crop in November of last year. I had great fun punching out the dots and layering them on the page and backing the punched out elements with patterned papers, simple but effective technique that I picked up from Shimelle.com.
Next the other layout created for this same crop event, this time making use of the really cute polaroid elements of the Simple Stories papers.
Another page of Mr Cardle, again using those polaroid elements.
These are great for simple multi-photo pages and effective at the same time meaning quick pages which sometimes is what you need! Hey, they don't call it Simple Stories for nothing!
With the school line that I must say is very American themed with its phrasing I managed to make a minibook with using the less wordy side (avoiding the americanisms) and my youngest will be filling this with tales of his second year at Primary school.
Plenty more eye candy using Simple Stories papers over on the website - cLICK HERE to go take a peak!!
